Renewal reminders: stop chasing dates in spreadsheets

Renewals are predictable — the chaos comes from missing the handoff. A simple recurring reminder with a single owner fixes most of it.

Use recurring schedules

If a renewal repeats every month or every year, schedule it as recurring. That prevents re-creating reminders manually and helps keep the list complete.

Pick a due time that matches your workflow

Choose a time that makes sense for action (for example, start-of-day). The reminder email sends after the due time passes while your subscription is active.

Keep an audit trail

An activity log answers “what ran and when” so you can follow up quickly if something fails.

Next step

If recurring renewals are central to your workflow, start with Starter and upgrade later if you need more automation and higher caps.
