- Organisation workspace with admin and member roles (up to 3 signed-in seats on the billing model)
- Hosted checkout for Starter or Pro (monthly, with annual options when available) and a self-serve billing portal
- Email verification before dashboard access; password sign-in with forgot-password flow
- Add reminders with title, assignee email, and due date-time; edit or delete until the reminder has been sent
- One due notification email to the assignee after the due time, while the subscription is active

Pro adds
Active Pro subscription · everything in Starter, plus
- Higher limits: up to 100,000 active reminders and up to 15 seats
- Invite teammates by email from Settings → Team (pending invites count toward the seat cap)
- Magic link sign-in on the login page for verified users who belong to at least one active Pro workspace
- CSV import for reminders and a one-click example reminder pack on the Reminders page
- Weekly or monthly repeating reminders; cron advances the next occurrence after each successful due send
- Weekly digest email to verified workspace admins (separate scheduled cron endpoint)
- Signed outbound HTTPS webhooks after events (e.g. reminder.sent; billing subscription lifecycle to your URLs)
- Optional Slack and Microsoft Teams posts after each successful due email (incoming webhook URLs in Settings)
- Sign out everywhere from Settings to invalidate other signed-in sessions
- Optional annual Pro checkout when annual pricing is available
