reminderkit.co.uk · Deadline reminders for real businesses

Stop missing deadlines

ReminderKit is a shared workspace for deadlines and renewals. Add what’s due, assign an owner, and choose the date and time. When the due time passes, we email the assignee so nothing slips through the cracks.

Recurring reminders · Activity log · Dashboard charts · Timezone-safe due times

Designed for reliability

We run on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, careful access controls, and monitored delivery for due-date email so your team can depend on the basics.

Proof, not promises

The dashboard gives you visibility into what ran and when — recurring schedules, activity history, and charts.

How it works

  1. Add a reminder with a short title, the owner’s email, and the date and time it’s due.
  2. Assign ownership so everyone knows who is responsible.
  3. We email after the due time while your subscription is active, and you can review activity inside the dashboard.

Questions we hear a lot

How do due date emails work?
You add a title, who should get the email, and a date and time. When that time passes and your workspace has an active subscription, we send one email to the assignee. You can edit or delete a reminder until it has been sent.
Do people I assign reminders to need an account?
No. They only receive the email at the address you enter. Your team signs in to manage reminders inside ReminderKit.
Can I see what was sent (or failed)?
Yes. The dashboard includes an activity log of reminder send attempts, plus charts to help you spot patterns over time.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers core deadline tracking (monthly or annual when annual pricing is available): up to 50 reminders, up to 3 seats on the model, password login, verification, billing portal, due emails while active, and admin export — without email invitations, CSV/example import, magic link, repeats, digest, webhooks, chat hooks, or sign-out-everywhere. Pro adds those automation and collaboration features with higher limits. See the pricing page for the full comparison table.
Where is my data stored?
Organisation data is stored on our infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Card payments are handled by a specialist payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. Transactional email is sent through a delivery provider once sending domains are verified.
Can I export my organisation data?
Yes. Organisation admins can download a JSON export from Settings. See the privacy policy for how to request help or deletion.

Due-date email is sent from a verified sending domain for deliverability. Questions? See Contact or view the feature list.
